things and stuff
Have you ever tried to make an incredible, cheesy, catchy card for that someone special and you end up doing this bit? Couch, boutch, doutch, foutch, gouch...grouch! Wait that's not nice. Houtch. I have no idea why I was just thinking about that, but I make these awesome Christmas cards for my parents every year where it's basically a play off of The Night Before Christmas. At around 11:30 on Christmas Eve, my siblings and I all sit in the basement making this card, drawing stick figures while Jocelyn is dubbed the rhyme master. Just a random thought...
On another note, I re-read the Harry Potter books this week (for those of you who know me well, don't judge). When I get into my Harry Potter moods, I go look up the movie trailers and become incredibly geekish (well, more geekish than I am normally). Apperentally I am behind the times because there is this video of Harry Potter puppets singing this incredibly annoying song, and it's been stuck in my head since the first time I watched it. For those of you who feel left out not having watched this video, feel free to check it.
Since I haven't updated my blog in forever and I am starting to get little messages on facebook to catch up, here's an update of what's been going on (which is not a lot).
I work insanely weird hours at work where I have to ride the bus a good two hours of my day. Some of these bus rides are quite epic and deserve more than just a mentioning in this blog, but perhaps I will save it for another day. I work at a hotel at Disney World where guests still complain for some reason. When you go to Disneyworld, how much time do you actually spend in your hotel room? Second, why would you complain about how far the walk is from the lobby when you're going to walk on an average of 14 miles a day in the parks? Just a thought.
When I'm not working, I'm creating awkward moments with people I work with. For those of you who have had the awesome priveledge of going out with one of your managers, avoid the situation at any cost! One of my managers at work had to be one of the most persistant guys on the face of the planet! Besides the usual stalking, messages, constant emails, high level of creepyness, I guess he could be an alright guy. However, I don't think he was ever taught the word No in the english language. For some reason, he interprets it as try again. This date alone requires its own blog which I will not be able to touch on tonight, but in the near future.
After I soldier through these experiences, I spend a lot of time mini golfing, eating sushi, making late night IHop runs, and sleeping. Oh yeah, and going to disney parks.
Here in Florida, I discovered the worlds greatest smoothie that's located at Panara. If you see a Panara, go! And also, look out for the sad depressed guy with a red mustang. Give him a hug.
Ok, pretty sure this blog doesn't make much sense, so I think I'm going to leave it here. Hopefully I'll have some sweet stories tomorrow. I'm going to Boma. The best buffet on the planet. We will finally find out if Abby can out eat Shaun (I think she's going to kick his butt). Pictures will be posted. Peace.

the story of your awkward/persistent/creepy manager reminded me of that part in Pride and Prejudice where Elizabeth's cousin is proposing to her and for whatever reason he thinks that "no" means keep trying, be persistent. Haha. Anyway, YAY you posted!
